Recruiter - Raleigh

TPA technologies is looking for multiple Recruiters for Raleigh.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting IT talent in a fast paced environment
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to quickly identify qualified candidates
  • Evaluate candidate’s strengths by evaluating, screening and interviewing candidates for potential Consulting opportunities
  • Negotiate rates and other terms of employment with candidates, gain commitment for current and future job requirements
  • Complete pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests
  • Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment
  • Communicate with peers by sharing best practices
  • Maintain contacts by providing customer service obtaining referrals and sales leads

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however, we will consider work experience
  • Minimum of 1+ years of successful recruiting experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals
  • Experience in staffing or contingent workforce augmentation, direct-hire placement
  • Availability to work before / after typical office hours as required
  • Self-motivation, discipline, competitive nature, individual with A type personality
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Good judgment and discretion to accomplish assigned goals and work requirements
  • Authorized to work in the United States for any employer
