Frontend Developer/Designer

TPA Technologies is seeking ta Frontend Developer/Designer to design, develop, implement and support world class software. Your software will operate in all facets; from internal tools that improve efficiencies to client facing enterprise systems that compete at the world level.

Responsibilities: 

• Consult with clients and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand the problems
• Lead teams of software professionals
• Architect elegant solutions to some of the most challenging business problems
• Design clean architecture with an emphasis on reusable components
• Build efficient and explainable code
• Test your work to a high standard
• Review and approve others pull requests
• Mentor junior developers
• Contribute to all aspects of a project’s lifecycle: documenting requirements, solution development, system configuration, testing, debugging, and support

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or Information Technology & Accounting and/or a Master’s degree in related field

• A human centered approach to application design

• 5 to 7 years of experience working with o HTML, CSS, JavaScript o Modern JavaScript Frameworks like Angular or React
o API Integration and development
o Azure
o Mocking tools like InVision or Figma

• 1 to 3 years of Leading software development teams o Designing and Architecting user interfaces and experiences o Deploying and Implementing solutions

• A natural flair for problem solving and an entrepreneurial approach to work

• A strong interest in technology and its use in business processes

• Ability to learn and apply new technologies • Excellent communication and business writing skills
